We're seeing record lows in the number of houses on the market right now. Pre-Covid there were about 1600-1700 properties listed for the North Shore. This week only 964 properties were listed for sale on the North Shore (based on TradeMe).
What does this mean for you?

The market is hot right now and with interest rates as low as 1.9% this means it's a great time to understand what your property is worth.

Gavin got back in his element coaching rugby last week with the Forrest Hill School boys. It was a frosty start to the North Harbour School Rugby 7's. Harcourts Cooper & Co. sponsored the event with ex All Black Troy Flavell being there to show the boys a few moves.
Gavin's team didn't do so well, but the smiles at the end of the day showed that they'd had a blast.
As a team we love to give back to the community in the sports we've grown up in. We got so much as youngsters and it's important to us we give back to the next generation.
We haven't been all work and no play these last two weeks. We spent one morning having new team photos taken as we expand.
Gavin also took us all out for dinner this week, which was super fun and what a feast! We loved El Humero. It's really important to us to be a team and have fun together, both working for you and having a laugh.
What is happening in the property market post March 23 decision?
The lull has passed Preview. Auckland agents have reported the bounce back and it's rapid. Confidence is returning to the market reporting prices rising in their area has risen to 53% from 32%.
On the flip side buyers are not worrying so much about buying at a 'peak' anymore and more worried about there not being enough properties on the market.
