We’re Back In The Office And Loving It!
Wow - it's been a changing time and so we want to focus on the positive and the set things in the calendar to help return some solid normality to life. We're all back in the office now too. It's great to see everyone's faces (masked up still though) and interact again. We also can't wait to have you in to the office for a coffee or to talk about your property.
No more need to scan in at properties either. Life might be becoming a bit more normal and we're loving it.

Banks Are Making Changes To Lending
Just when we thought it was going one way - changes are coming. And fast.
This week Bank of New Zealand announced they have relaxed their lending ratio to 7 times a borrowers income. ANZ increased their pre-approval up to 80% again. While ASB relaxed lending back to 90% for existing banking customers.
This change in direction back to a more balanced place allows many to get pre-approved again. We're seeing this with increases in enquiries again and a revived gusto for purchasing. It can only gain momentum.
