Well that was all a bit sudden wasn't it? One minute we were organising Open Homes and Wine and Cheese nights and next minute we were making sure people are OK and doing supermarket shops for our most vulnerable clients.
Yikes!
So you all know what you can't do - we're getting that loud and clear.
Instead let's focus on what we CAN do over this lockdown time.
1. Cuddle our family and pets during the work days. I know my wee boy (while driving me mad writing this) has wanted loads of hugs today, something I don't have when he's at creche. The cat is in her element too having us home all day and has pounced on us multiple times. Wine o'clock can't come quick enough!
2. Go room by room and have a swift throw out and de-clutter. This is a great time to finally tackle all those 'junk' draws and the unopened boxes in the garage from your last move. Purging unwanted has such a great way of feeling like you've accomplished something during this period.
3. Get out in the garden and pull the weeds, trim the trees, cut out dead plants from winter and mow the lawns. Water blast and have a spruce up, so when it's BBQ season and we can socialise again you'll be proud of your back yard.
4. Give us a ring for a chat on where you're at with your property. We're on the end of the phone and are conducting virtual open home tours. We are also conducting appraisals on Zoom too - jump on and show us through your house - we'll tell you what it's worth today :) Fun ah?

Michelle took the Westlake Girls Prems Squash Team to the Secondary School Championship, held in Tauranga this year.
Michelle spent the weekend with the girls as their head coach; we got many excited updates as they played their hearts out. The games were TIGHT with fiery competition. The girls did so well and played with such gusto and passion to take out bronze. Look out next year...gold here they come.
